• A candidate who completed his graduation in any discipline from any recognized university or institute.
• Candidate must have at least 50% marks in the graduation.
• A candidate who have a profession degree  Accountancy, Company Secretary are eligible to apply.

This is an offline test and the duration of the exam is 120 minutes. The candidate will be awarded by 1 mark, for each correct answer, There is no negative marking. There are total 100 multiple choice questions.
