UPSEE is Uttar Pradesh State Entrance exam. This exam is conducted by AKTU (Dr. Abdul Kalam Technical University).
It is conducted in order to help the candidates to get admitted in UG and PG courses of their choice.
The programs or the courses offered on the basis of merit in this entrance exam are engineering, pharmacy, architecture, hotel management and catering technology, fashion and apparel design, fine arts, management.
In order to appear for the UPSEE 2017, the candidates have to be sure whether they satisfy the eligibility criteria or not.

– Lateral Entry: Direct Admission to 2nd year of B.Tech, B.Pharm,MCA.
UPSEE 2017 Exam Pattern
Paper 1:Paper 1 will consist of 3 subjects. Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. Each subject will have 50 objective type questions.(total 150) Total Marks would be 600 since each question will be of 4 marks.
Paper 2: Paper 2 will consist of 3 subjects. Physics Chemistry and Biology. Each subject will have 50 objective type questions.(total 150) Total Marks would be 600 since each question will be of 4 marks.
Paper 3: Paper 3 will consist of subjects AG-I, AG-II, AG-III.Each subject will have 50 objective type questions.(total 150) Total Marks would be 600 since each question will be of 4 marks.
Paper 4: Paper 4 will comprise of Aptitude Test for Architecture. Part A:Mathematics and Aesthetics sensitivity. Part B: Drawing Aptitude. Each subject will have 50 objective type questions plus two questions of Drawing Aptitude.
There will be no negative marking. But, the record of incorrect answers marked by the candidate will also be kept separately.
Eligibility Criteria for UPSEE 2017
For B.Tech : Physics and Mathematics are the compulsory subjects. And any one of the optional subjects is necessary.
For B.Pharm : Physics and chemistry being the compulsory subjects.And any one of the optional subjects is necessary.
For B.Arch : Physics and Mathematics are the compulsory subjects. And any one of the optional subjects is necessary.
