Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) issued a new notification on their official website in which they are going to conduct the entrance exam for the admission of the candidates in the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) course of 2 years duration. Basic Training Certificate (BTC) is replaced by the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). Candidates who wants to take admission in the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) course can apply on the official website of Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board.

Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) is going to conduct the entrance exam for the admission in the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). Those candidates who want to do B.Ed course then they must apply for the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). Candidates who are seeking for the government job in the teaching sector then they must have to apply for D.El.Ed because to apply for the teacher post, candidate must have B.Ed degree and to have a B.Ed degree candidate must have Diploma in Elementary Education. The application form is out now and candidates can fill the application form before the last date of submission. The admission of the candidates will be on the basis of the marks in the entrance exam.

UP D.El.Ed 2018-2019 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

The minimum age limit for applying is 18 years and the maximum age limit for applying is 30 years. There is also age relaxation for the reserved category candidates according to the government rules and regulations.

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in total from any recognized university or institute.
