KRLMPCA is Karnataka Religious and Linguistic Minority Colleges Association Common Entrance Test which is conducted by the Karnataka Religious and Linguistic Minority Colleges Association. KRLMPCA is situated in Bengaluru and it is a young institution which was started in the year 2004. The Common Entrance Test is to help the candidates/applicants to get admission into Medical, Dental and Engineering courses for the minorities of Karnataka.
KRLMPCA UG CET 2017 will conduct 2 entrance tests which will be for the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. There are a total of 10 Engineering Colleges which are affiliated to KRLMPCA. The colleges are as follows : –

The candidates/applicants are advised to make sure that they fit well within the specified criteria which is prefixed by the exam conducting body and then, go for filling out the application form. The various details about the exam like eligibility criteria, exam pattern etc. are given below.

KRLMPCA 2017 Eligibility Criteria
The applicant/candidate for KRLMPCA CET must have passed their 12th standard (10+2 or its equivalent examination) with the subjects Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Bio Technology / Computer Science / Electronics/ Biology and English.The candidate must have successfully managed to obtain a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate with the subjects Chemistry / Bio Technology / Computer Science / Biology / Electronics. The applicants who are about to appear for their 12th grade final examination are also eligible for appearing in this exam.
The seekers of admission under the Linguistic /Religious Minority Community category are required to attach the Minority Certificate with their application form. It must be signed by the Principal of the institution from where the applicant/candidate has completed his/her 10+2 or any other equivalent examination.
KRLMPCA 2017 Exam Pattern
The paper for Engineering category will consist of 2 papers.
Paper I will be of 2 hour duration and it will be based on Physics and Chemistry.
There will be 120 questions asked. (60 questions for Physics and 60 questions for Chemistry).
Paper II is a 1 hour paper based on Mathematics alone. It will ask 60 questions. Each question will carry 1 mark and there is no negative marking applied in the examination.
KRLMPCA 2017 Application Fee
The Application Form has to be duly filled in capital letters alone. The Form has to be sent along with a Demand Draft worth INR 1000/-. INR 1000/- being the application fee for the KRLMPCA 2017 examination.
