Karnataka TET 2018 Application Form

Department of School Education of Karnataka issued a new notification on their official website in which they are going to conduct the Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for the recruitment of the candidates in the government and private schools on a Teacher post in Karnataka. Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) is gateway through which the candidate can get a job of the Teacher. Candidates will be selected on the basis of the marks scored in the test.

Karnataka TET 2018-2019

Department of School Education of Karnataka inviting the candidates for the Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (TET)is going to conduct for the academic session of the 2018-19. Candidates who want to become a teacher then they can apply for the  Karnataka TET 2018 on the official website. There will be two papers conducted by the Department of School Education of Karnataka, one is for the Primary Teacher Post and second one is for the Secondary Teacher Post. The application form is out now and interested candidates can fill the application form before the last date of submission.

Karnataka TET 2018-2019 Application Fees

The application fees can be paid by the debit card, credit card or by net banking. Candidates have to pay the application fees before the last date of submission of application fees. The details of the application fees is given below:

Application Fees for Paper I:

  • Application Fees for General and OBC Category’s Candidates is Rs.500
  • Application Fees for SC and ST Category’s Candidates is Rs.250

Application Fees for Paper II:

  • Application Fees for General and OBC Category’s Candidates is Rs.500
  • Application Fees for SC and ST Category’s Candidates is Rs.250

Application Fees for Both Papers:

  • Application Fees for General and OBC Category’s Candidates is Rs.800
  • Application Fees for SC and ST Category’s Candidates is Rs.400

Karnataka TET 2018-2019 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality:

Candidate must be an Indian.

Age Limit:

The minimum age for applying is 18 years and the maximum age for applying is 35 years.

Educational Qualifications for Paper I:

  • Candidates must have a degree of B.El.Ed. (Bachelor of Elementary Education)
  • Candidate who are in the final year of Diploma in Elementary Education or completed their Diploma in Elementary Education are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualifications for Paper II:

  • Candidate must have graduation degree of B.Sc or BA of any recognized university or institute.
  • Candidate who are in the final year of B.Ed or completed their B.Ed are eligible to apply.
  • Candidate who are in the final year of Diploma in Elementary Education or completed their Diploma in Elementary Education are eligible to apply.
