AUAT stands for Aliah University Admission Test. As the name itself suggests that it is conducted in order to help the candidates to get admitted in the various courser offered by this university. This exam is conducted by the university itself i.e. all the management and deciding of the exam related issues is done in the university itself.This university offers various courses in both the forms i.e. under graduate courses as well as post graduate courses.Candidates can check for any notification regarding this exam which is to be conducted next year. AUAT 2017 Eligibility Criteria
-The candidates who are willing to go for the post graduate courses available in the university should have completed their bachelor’s degree with the respective course which is required for the master’s degree. The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate of all the subjects.
-The candidates appearing in the final year of their bachelor’s degree are also eligible for appearing in this entrance examination.
-The candidates who are willing to go for the under graduate courses must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent qualifying examination with a minimum of 55% in the aggregate of all the entrance examination.The same percentile amount has been reduced down to just 50% for the candidates belonging to the reserved categories.
-The candidates appearing in the final years of their 10+2 examinations or equivalent examinations are also eligible for applying for this entrance examination.
Age Limit : The candidate who are willing to go for the under graduate courses must not be less than 17 years in age and shouldn’t be more than 21 in age.
However, the candidates willing to go for post graduate courses should be more than 19 years in age and there is no upper age limit for this one.
Physical Fitness Criteria : The candidates who have successfully managed to qualify the entrance examination must satisfy the physical fitness criteria as well which should be issued by the applicant and must be signed by the governing authority of that medical institution. The medical certificate must certify that the applicant/candidate is completely healthy and possess no diseases.
AUAT 2017 Exam pattern
-The exam will be divided into 2 parts i.e. section a and b.
-The section A will comprise of total 25 marks, section B will comprise of total 75 marks.
-The exam will be of total 100 marks and the answers will have to be indicated on an OMR Sheet.
-The total time duration of the exam will be of total 90 minutes.
