AU refers to the Amrita University.AU is situated in Kerala.It is one of the very popular university in the Kerala.Amrita University offers many undergraduate and postgraduate programs in their university.Recently,AU issued a notification that they are going to conduct Communication Aptitude Test (CAP) for the admission of the BA Mass Communication , MA Communication courses and Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism (PGDJ).Communication Aptitude Test (CAP)P is going to conduct this exam for the academic session of the 2017-18. Amrita University 2017 Communication Aptitude Test
Amrita University released a notification that they are going to conduct Communication Aptitude Test (CAP) for the admission of the BA Mass Communication ,MA Communication courses and Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism (PGDJ)in their Coimbatore campus.Every year AU organized this test for the admission in the undergraduate and postgraduate programs.The application form are out now.Interested Candidates can fill the application form on the official website of the AU before the last date of submission.
AU CAP 2018 Eligibility Criteria
BA Mass Communication
- Candidate must clear his 10+2 from any recognized Board of Education with minimum 50% marks in total in any discipline.
- Candidate have to clear Communication Aptitude Test(CAP)
- Candidate have to clear Personal Interview round for taking admission in the AU.
MA Communication courses and Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism
- Candidate must have a Bachelor Degree from any recognized university or institute with at least 50% marks in total.
- Candidate who are foreign national needs the same.
Those candidates who are not fit in this eligibility criteria are not eligible for the CAPTEST 2017 and there application forms will be rejected by the Amrita University.
AU CAP 2017 Selection Process
Candidate have to clear three rounds to get a admission in their favourite course in the Amrita University.
- CAPTEST
- Group Discussion
- Personal Interview
Candidate must have to clear these three rounds of the AU. In the first round there is a written and if candidate fail in this then he will not be eligible for the next round.In the second round there is a group discussion in which they test the confidence of the candidate.And in the last round Personal Interview is just to test the communication skills ,confidence level,creativity and knowledge of the candidate.
How to fill Application Form AU CAP 2018 amrita.edu
-First of all candidate have to visit the official website of the Amrita University i.e. amrita.edu
-Then click on the application form tab and new page will open on the screen,then
-Choose the CAPTEST 2018
-Choose the course (in which you want to take admission) and fill the correct and proper information, upload the required scanned documents
-Click on the next step button and when the new page will display on the screen
-Then pay the fees of the application form by net banking or by debit or credit card.
-And after all this process candidate will be to Save and Print the application form for the future use because it contains the registration number which is needed at the time of the admit card downloading.
