Central Board of Secondary Education known as CBSE is responsible to conduct various important as well as entrance exams in India. As per latest official notification, CBSE has released a notice to conduct AIEEE 2017 and application for the same are invited through online mode. AIEEE is now better known as JEE (Joint Engineering Entrance) Main Exam. The exam is conducted every year as an eligibility test for short listing candidates in the under graduate engineering courses available in participating institutions including NITs, IIITs and other centrally aided institutions by government. Eligibility Criteria:
Education Qualification: The candidates should have passed 12th class and secure 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry , Maths.
Age Limit: The applicants should have been born on or after 1st October 1991.
Note: Relaxation in Age is applicable as per Govt. Rules and regulations.
Selection Procedure: The candidates shall be required to appear in written exam for getting selected in courses mentioned.
Application Fees:
- For Gen / OBC Candidates: Rs 1000 (Male) and Rs 500 (Female)
- For SC/ ST Candidates: Rs 500 (Male) and Rs 500 (Female)
Important Dates :
- AIEEE Application forms will be available : November 2017
- Last date for submission of Online Application forms : December 2017
- Admit Card for this exam will be issued : March 2017
- Date of AIEEE 2017 : April 2017

- Log on to the official website at-www.cbse.nic.in
- Click on the link Apply Online.
- Application will be appeared on your screen.
- Fill up required details in the application form.
- Upload scanned Photograph and signature.
- Make payment of Application Fees in prescribed format.
- Submit your application form.
- Take print out of it for future uses.
