LPCET is the abbreviated form of Language Pandit Common Entrance Test.This entrance test is conducted by the Department of School Education and the main motive for conducting this examination is to invite the online applications from the candidates/applicants from all over the country who are interested in taking one year of Language Pandit training course in a specific language. These courses will go on in government running IASEs/CTEs and also in Private Language Pandit Training Colleges. This is like a one of a kind examination. Not many exams like this one are conducted and also, it is quite unpopular among the candidates/applicants as well.But since it requires a very skilled set of tactics to clear this examination, it will slowly gain the heat it deserves. The candidates desirous of this course can fill out the application form for the same on this exam’s official website. The official notification for the same for year 2017 has not been released yet but as soon as it is, the candidates are free to fill out the application forms.
The candidates/applicants are suggested to make sure that they satisfy the specified criteria which is prefixed by the exam conducting body and then, proceed with filling out the application form of LPCET Exam 2017. LPCET 2017 Eligibility Criteria
-The candidate should be an Indian National or must possess an OCI Card. The candidate should be satisfying at least one of the following situations.
–Age Limit :The candidate must be at least of 19 years in age as per the rules specified by the exam conducting body of LPCET 2017.
–Educational Qualification :The candidates who have qualified a minimum of the following qualifying examinations are all eligible to appear for this examination :
A graduate Degree with the language that they want to take the one year course for.
LPCET 2017 Exam Pattern
The LPCET 2017 will also follow a particular exam pattern as it has followed over the years. There has been absolutely no announcement of any changes as no notification regarding the same has been let out in public for the year 2017.
As per the previous year exams went, the exam pattern is as follows:
-The exam will consist of four parts. Part I, Part II, Part III, Part IV.
-The distribution of questions among the four parts is as follows :
Part I : 20 questions from Current Affairs.
Part II : 10 questions from Numerical Ability.
Part III : 30 questions from Language.
Part IV : 40 questions from Literature.
-The examination will have a total of 100 questions out of which all of those will be multiple choice questions i.e. objective type questions and will have to be answered on the OMR sheet(Optical Mark Reader).
