Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research invites application for admission to the B.Sc Nursing Programmes for the academic session 2017-18. The admissions will be made on the basis of JIPMER Puducherry BSc Nursing Entrance Exam 2017. Eligibility Criteria :
Education Qualification: The applicants should have passed 12th / Higher Secondary or equivalent exam from a recognised board / University comprising Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Botany and Zoology and with English, marks obtained should be more than 50%.For OBC / Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe candidates, the minimum marks in the qualifying examination will be 40%.
Note: The candidates ave studied Medical Laboratory Assistant in the Vocational Stream will not be considered for B.Sc (Nursing) course.
Age Limit: The minimum age of candidate should be 17 years at the time of admission.

The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the entrance examination.
