Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education (UPBTE) issue a new notification on their official website in which they are going to conduct the Joint Entrance Examination Council of UP (JEECUP) for the admission of the candidates into various polytechnic courses which are offered by the various institutes of the Uttar Pradesh state. Joint Entrance Examination Council of UP (JEECUP) is a state level polytechnic entrance exam which is also known by the name of Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (UPJEE). Candidates can take admission in the various engineering, technology, pharmacy and many other diploma courses. In this article, we provide all the details regarding the JEECUP 2018 like application fees, important dates, eligibility etc.
JEECUP 2018-2019
Joint Entrance Examination Council of UP (JEECUP) is going for all those candidates who wants to take admission in the various engineering, technology, pharmacy and many other diploma courses. Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (UPJEE) is going to conduct for the academic session of 2018-19 by the Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education (UPBTE). The application form will be released very soon on the official website. Interested candidates can fill the application form before the last date of submission. Candidates have to fill the application form online without doing any kind of mistake. Candidates can fill the application form according to the eligibility criteria.

JEECUP 2018-2019 Application Fees
The payment of the application fees is only through the online mode. Candidates can pay the application fees by the debit card, credit card, net banking or by e-Challan. The details of the application fees is given below:
- Application Fees for the General and OBC Category’s Candidates is Rs.300
- Application Fees for the ST and SC Category’s Candidates is Rs.200
JEECUP 2018-2019 Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria for Engineering & Technology Diploma:
Candidate must clear his 10th standard with at least 35% marks in total from any recognized Board of Education.
Eligibility Criteria for Agriculture Engineering:
- Candidate must clear his 10th standard with Agriculture or 12th standard with Agriculture from any recognized Board of Education.
- Candidate must clear his 10th or 12th Standard with at least 35% marks in total.
Eligibility Criteria for Diploma in Pharmacy:
- Candidate must clear his 12th standard with Science stream from any recognized Board of Education.
- Candidate must clear his 12th Standard with at least 50% marks in total and those candidates who belong to SC or ST category must have at least 45% marks in total.
Eligibility Criteria for Post Graduate Diploma Course:
- Candidate must completed his graduation with good marks from any recognized university or institute.
- Candidates who are in the final year of graduation are also eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria for Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering:
- Candidate must clear his 12th standard with Science stream (PCM) from any recognized Board of Education.
- Candidate must clear his 12th Standard with at least 50% marks in total
JEECUP 2018-2019 Exam Pattern
This will be a written exam. The duration of the exam will be of 3 Hours. The questions will be asked in two different languages i.e. English and Hindi. Candidates will be awarded by 4 marks for every correct answer. All the questions will be multiple type questions. Candidates have to give the one answer out of all the four options.
JEECUP 2018-2019 Admit Card
The admit card of the state level polytechnic exam will be released on the official website. Candidates can download their admit card from the official website. The admit care is mandatory and no candidate will be allowed in the exam center without the admit card. Candidates have to download their admit card before the examination. Candidates also have to bring one photo ID proof along with the admit card.
JEECUP 2018-2019 Result
Result will be released in the third week of May 2018 and candidates have to check their results on the official website. Candidates can check their results by entering the roll no. and date of birth or name of the candidate. The result will be released very soon on the official website.

- First of all, candidates have to go to the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education (UPBTE) i.e. www.jeecup.org
- Click on the announcement tab
- Choose JEECUP 2018 Application Form
- Fill all the details into the application form and upload all the required documents
- Click on the submit button
- Pay the application fees
- Candidate can save the application form for future use.
