The Dravidian University invites students every year for admission in its various programmes through an entrance test named- DUCET (Dravidian University Common Entrance Test) for its distinguishing academic session. Although there have been no official notifications/ information released by the exam conducting body, but the notifications can arrive any time in the month of January 2017.It is a very well known university and is recognized at almost every level. It is most famous for it’s methods of teaching and the way they have managed to design their classes for most interactive sessions which are really helpful for students to get more and more better in what they do.
The candidates/applicants are suggested to make sure that they satisfy the specified criteria which is prefixed by the exam conducting body and then, proceed with filling out the application form of DUCET 2017. The various details about the exam like eligibility criteria, exam pattern etc. are given below.

DUCET 2017 Educational Qualification
Post graduate courses– Applicant/Candidate must be in Bachelor’s degree in relevant course for PG courses from any recognized university.
Undergraduate courses– Applicant/Candidate should have cleared their Intermediate or (10+2) exam or equivalent exam for admission to any of these programmes.
DUCET 2017 Application Form/Fee
The Application Forms and the university prospectus can be obtained from the Dean’s office in person and DD for Rs.550/- (including both the application form and the prospectus). This amount is for the candidates/applicants belonging to general category. The same amount has been dropped down to Rs.400/- for the candidates belonging to the reserved category i.e. SC/ST/PHC.
Candidates only demanding the application form and not the prospectus have different application fee to submit which is as follows :
For Candidates belonging to General Category (only application form) : Rs. 300/-
For Candidates belonging to Reserved Category (Only application form) : Rs.200/-
Note: The application fee has to be paid in the form of demand draft, drawn in favour of the Registrar.
Also, a single application form can be used for multiple courses by setting up the order of preferences in the application form.
