CSAET stands for Combined Shiksha Acharya Test specially for admissions in M.Ed. It will be conducted in 2017 by Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Tirupati. CSAET 2017 is for M.Ed Entrance and admissions to three sanskrit deemed universities namely, SLBS Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth. It is one of the most important and prestigious exams which are conducted in order to help the candidates to get admitted to M.Ed in one of the finest sanskrit deemed colleges.

Date of Examination : First week of May 2017
Examination Centre at Jammu is also added. Candidates can fill the exam centre (Jammu) on their application form and OMR sheet.
CSAET 2017 Exam Pattern
The combined (M.Ed) entrance test will consist of a paper divided into two parts.
Part A :
-Sanskrit Language Competency : 25
-Educational Psychology : 25
-General Knowledge related to Education and Teaching : 25
-Teaching of Sanskrit : 25
Part B :
-Linguistic Components of Sanskrit : 10
-Outline of prose/Poetry : 10
-Action Research Project on a given topic : 20
-Preparing a balanced question paper on a given subject : 10
CSAET 2017 Eligibility Criteria
-This course is of 2 years.Those candidates who have passed B.Ed with Sanskrit or equivalent degree from any recognized university are eligible to appear in this exam.
-At least 50% marks in both theory and practical papers separately are necessary and also a 50% marks in the aggregate too to be eligible to appear for this exam.
-The same criteria of percentage has been reduced down to just 45% for the reserved categories such as SC/ST.
-Admissions to M.Ed will be given on the basis of the prescribed reservations by the govt. of India. and in order of Merit List of the combined M.Ed Entrance Test 2017.
-Minimum Age Limit for appearing in this exam nust be atleast 23 years.
Evaluation Method
Medium of Shiksha Acharya Course in Sanskrit.
Candidates managing to secure a minimum of 50% marks in both the parts of the paper i.e. Part A and Part B will be considered as pass. However, second part of those candidates not securing 50% marks in first part will not be evaluated.
CSAET 2017 Admit Card
CSAET admit card 2017 will be made accessible online about one week prior to the entrance examination on the official website of CSAET.In case you didn’t get the admit card, you can simply visit the official website in order to see your Roll No. and exam centre.
