AUCET 2017 is Andhra University Common Entrance Test which is an Entrance exam for getting admission into post graduation courses M.Sc/M.A/M.Com/M.E/M.Tech at Andhra University and colleges it is affiliated with in Andhra pradesh state for the academic year 2017-2018.Andhra University will announce the AUCET 2017 Notification in the month of March 2017 on behalf of Andhra pradesh council of higher education.Eligible candidates/applicants who wish to to apply for AUCET 2017 may submit their application forms through online mode only.
The candidates/applicants are suggested to make sure that they satisfy the specified criteria which is prefixed by the exam conducting body and then, proceed with filling out the application form of AUCET 2017. The various details about the exam like eligibility criteria, exam pattern etc. are given below.

AUCET 2017 Eligibility Criteria
-The candidate/applicant willing to appear in this examination must be a citizen of India.
-The candidate must belong to Andhra Pradesh or the state of Telangana only.
-The candidates who have passed their qualifying degree examination or are appearing in the final year of the same are eligible for appearing in this examination.
-For Arts,Commerce and law courses is a pass qualifying Degree except for the M.Sc Anthropology course for which the requirement is a minimum aggregate of 50% marks and the same percentage amount has been reduced down to 45% for SC / ST i.e. reserved categories in group subjects of the qualifying examination.
Age Limit: There is no age limit for appearing in this examination. However, age limits have been set on attaining scholarships. This age limit is 34 years old for general category and a 30 years old for the reserved category.
Reservation Criteria: In every course of study, 85% of the seats are reserved for the local candidates and only a 15% of the seats are for candidates who are non-locals.
AUCET 2017 Application Fee
A candidate/applicant is supposed to pay an amount of Rs.500/- for registration and application fee by using any of the following payment methods :

-Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking
Application, registration and processing fee : Rs.500/-

Late Fee : Rs.1000/-
